  • - Engage in discussions with company representatives, sparking social responsibility in students.

Afternoon

  • Visit BGI Academy, Shenzhen

  • - Learn about BGI’s history, achievements, and the application of genetic technology.


  • - Explore gene sequencing labs, cryo-rooms, and sample storage areas, and get close to various preserved biological specimens.

1.Clothing:

Students are required to dress neatly and maintain a presentable appearance. During the activity, please wear the uniform name badge for easy identification.


2.Communication:

When calling from abroad to Hong Kong, please dial +852 followed by the local number. International roaming charges for using mobile phones can be high, so it’s advisable to purchase an international calling card before departure.


3.Medication:

You may bring motion sickness tablets, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and any necessary personal medication (decided based on individual needs). Pay attention to personal hygiene, and if you feel unwell, immediately inform the accompanying teachers and staff.
